Patrick Poulin is the President and Managing Director of Randstad Canada, the world’s leading talent company and a partner of choice for clients. In his role, he drives strategies that help companies build high-quality, diverse, and agile workforces and ensures equitable opportunities for people from all backgrounds. An innovator with a solid entrepreneurial mindset, Patrick drives the expansion of Randstad’s capabilities and portfolio of solutions, introducing innovative approaches to Canadian organizations.

Patrick has over two decades of industry expertise and has always been deeply involved. He has served as a member of the Quebec chapter of the Association of Canadian Search, Employment, and Staffing Services (ACSESS), contributed to sectorial committees on staffing and recruitment with the Quebec government, and been involved with the HR committee of the Fédération des chambres de commerces du Québec (FCCQ). His deep understanding of the talent landscape has been instrumental in shaping Randstad’s success and ability to adapt to the rapidly changing world of work.

Patrick holds a degree in industrial relations from Université de Montréal. He furthered his executive education at the London Business School through different programs and also completed the Senior Executive Program at INSEAD Business School.

Patrick’s values of mentorship and inclusive leadership are not just words, but actions that he lives by, which is why he is involved in many initiatives at Randstad. He is the executive sponsor of Randstad’s Multi-Ethnic Voices, Refugee and Immigrant business resource group and is a mentor within the Women’s Inclusion Network program, with the objective of advancing intersectional women. For the past 10 years, he has been raising support for cancer research through his dedication to the Randstad Ride. Through these initiatives, Patrick prioritizes making a positive impact in local communities and advancing inclusive leadership.
